Welcome to our app. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Ion Water Empire LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access and use of our mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Transactions are handled securely through Apple or Google and we do not store your payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within the App, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Ion Water Empire LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Privacy
